Symposium Papers on Elder Law and Estate Planning Available


The Law Review of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law has published an interesting selection of papers related to legal issues facing post-retirees. The articles, which have an academic tilt, may be of particular interest to elder law attorneys. 
The papers were solicited as part of an annual meeting presentation by two sections of the Association of American Law Schools, the Section on Trusts and Estates and the Section on Aging and the Law.
